Letter from the Foundress

Happy new year!

The start of a new year is the ideal time to stop and thank yourself for choosing That Kombucha. It is thanks to you that we continue to grow independently and sustainably, faithful to our mission of sharing a kombucha as delicious and beneficial as its homemade version.

For our (incredible) team, partners and employees, there is nothing more rewarding than feeling your passion and dedication to what we do. On behalf of everyone, thank you for making this project, more than a brand, a true community.

2024 flew by. We started by moving our production to a new factory – our current home – with more space and production capacity. We started to ship orders to countries in the European Union, we fulfilled the old desire to have the same kombucha as always in an aluminum can (the most environmentally friendly packaging format!), we made the first wine kombucha in partnership with Ciclo vinhos, we launched new special editions and we participated in events from north to south of the country.

This new year that begins will be special for all of us. In addition to celebrating our 5th anniversary, we couldn’t be more excited about the news that is coming.

Once again, thank you for being part of this family and for helping us to promote a more conscious way of life, with more fermentations and a greater local impact.
